I think it’s okay to be silly.

Act goofy. Bring that side out of you that’s just carefree, enjoying life, and is just being, well, you!

Bringing your inner child out doesn’t mean that you’re immature or childish - it’s letting yourself free and giving yourself the ability to live happier sometimes.

Of course it’s not appropriate in every situation. A meeting consisting of 300 people where you’re talking about a major client project and are leading the call with your company CEO listening in… it’s probably not the best place to start running around 😅.

But when you return home from work, on your lunch break, or even on a call with your bestie, there’s no harm in cracking jokes or pulling funny faces or even just skipping around and laughing with your dog. Rather you should!

Add some fun and more laughter in your daily life. It’s a majorrrr stress reliever and i think something that just helps you build that connect with people.

Think about it - have you been in a situation where you have so much on your plate but then when you see your friend and laugh a little, it makes you feel a bit more at ease?

Stop thinking so much about what others will think if you laugh out loud. Laugh as much as you want and openly! Enjoy life.

Life can be extremely overwhelming at times with lots to keep up with in terms of deadlines, your long list of to-dos, family and friends.

But listen: Take a breath. You’re good. Take a step away from the seriousness and add some goofiness in there.

You’ve got this, take care lovelies ♥️
